Before you pick

What decides it

Whose servers keep the audio, and whether deletion is real. Every meeting becomes a retained, searchable record, and the summaries count as records too.

What to avoid

Speaker labels are clustering guesses, and overlapping speech collapses into one. The summary inherits the error and assigns action items to the wrong name.

What is changing

Capture is leaving the joined bot. Conferencing platforms now hold detected bots at the lobby by default, pushing tools toward device-side audio and native APIs.
